Job description
Tufts Medicine Care at Home is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to manage and deliver comprehensive home health services, including assessments, interventions, and supportive care in patients’ homes. You will coordinate with physicians, families and the care team to ensure safe, effective care, while maintaining your own safety.
The role requires an active RN license in MA, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience, with BLS.
