Job description
Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes in Malden, MA and surrounding areas. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure safety in the home care setting.
The role requires an active RN license, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience. BSN preferred; BLS and CPR (post-hire window) are required.
