Job description
Orion Home Health in Morton Grove, IL is seeking an experienced Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor to lead our nursing team and oversee daily patient care operations.
The ideal candidate will hold an Illinois RN license, BSN, 3+ years of bedside nursing with at least 2 years in home health, and strong leadership and communication skills.
You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in on-call rotations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
