Job description
Friendship Village Sunset Hills seeks a Medical Social Worker for Home Health to provide social services to patients and families per the Plan of Care, in alignment with the community’s mission and values. You will work with residents and care teams to ensure compassionate, quality support.
The role requires an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, strong English communication, and the ability to handle emotional stress while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and families.
