Job description
HealthPartners is seeking a Senior Hospice Manager to lead the hospice program, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families. The role partners with Quality, Health Information Management, Referral Processing, and Staffing to align services with organizational goals.
The position is on-site four days per week and will float between four hospice locations, providing leadership, budget oversight, and care-plan development with interdisciplinary teams.
