Job description
Gentiva Hospice in Tukwila, WA seeks an experienced RN Preceptor to mentor newly hired hospice nurses while delivering hands-on patient care. This role blends clinical education with direct nursing duties to ensure new team members provide compassionate end-of-life care.
You will assess learning needs, develop orientation plans, coach on policies, documentation, and EMR use, and evaluate readiness for independent practice. CPR certified, RN licensed, and strong communication are required.
