Role Overview
Apply attending-level hospitalist expertise to review inpatient cases and provide the clinical input that helps train and improve AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on inpatient quality, documentation, and nuanced clinical judgment.
Key Responsibilities
Review inpatient cases for clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and appropriateness of care.
Identify unclear, complex, or unusual cases using sound clinical judgment.
Provide clear feedback and explain the reasoning behind review decisions.
Document findings clearly and support decisions with clinical standards when needed.
Help improve guidelines and review standards used for AI training.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve difficult cases and questions.
Maintain consistent, high-quality review standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO with 10+ years of attending-level hospitalist experience.
Experience in inpatient quality, quality assurance, clinical documentation review, medical auditing, or hospital quality assurance processes.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make clear decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading or contributing to inpatient quality, documentation improvement, coding, or QA programs is preferred.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Work Terms
Remote contract engagement.
Compensation
$70 to $100 per hour.
