Job description
Kasa Living is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-performing onsite team across rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments at partner properties. You will drive revenue, manage costs, and ensure guest satisfaction, spending most of your time onsite while upholding Kasa standards.
You’ll collaborate with partners, guests, and vendors, shaping strategies, overseeing safety and service quality, and mentoring staff to deliver consistent, hospitality-focused experiences.
