Job description
Starwood Hotels in Hawaii is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead the recruitment lifecycle for the property, partnering with department leaders to anticipate staffing needs and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
You will build a strong, diverse pipeline of talent aligned with the 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars, recruiting for both hourly and leadership roles while complying with employment laws and using HRIS and recruitment analytics.
