Job description
Bridgeton Holdings Group is seeking a Chief Engineer for Walker Greenwich Village, NY. You will oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety.
The role requires supervising three engineers and coordinating annual budgets. The candidate will manage Preventive Maintenance programs across 113 guest rooms and public spaces, ensure FDNY and local law compliance, and operate a CMMS for scheduling and reporting.
