Job description
Triumph Hotels is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day hotel performance across multiple departments. The role reports to the General Manager and requires strong leadership, guest-focused service, and strategic oversight of labor and resources.
You will partner with department heads to ensure service excellence, safety, and efficient operations while driving continuous improvement and cost controls.
