Job description
Dreamscape Hospitality in Houston is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales and marketing efforts, drive occupancy, grow accounts, and attract new business to maximize revenue and meet profit goals.
The role manages day-to-day sales operations, develops forecasts and budgets, conducts training, and coordinates with the General Manager and Corporate HR to staff and develop the sales team. This position requires travel weekly and a strong hospitality sales background.
