Job description
Sonesta International Hotels in San Diego seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy, driving occupancy, ADR, and market share through targeted revenue initiatives and market analysis.
The DOS will collaborate with the General Manager and regional teams, developing extended-stay programs, managing key accounts, and guiding the sales team to hit revenue goals while upholding Sonesta's service standards.
