Job description
InnVentures Bellevue is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and mentor the hotel sales team across Embassy Suites properties in the Seattle‑Bellevue market, driving new business and partnerships. You will translate client needs into compelling hotel solutions and strive to exceed revenue targets.
The ideal candidate has a hospitality or marketing degree, at least 3 years in hotel sales management, experience with ownership groups, and proficiency with sales automation tools and PMS systems.
