Job description
Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse, House Clinical Resource to provide expert bedside support and clinical leadership across hospital units. In this on-site role, you will serve as a real-time resource for nursing staff, guiding complex patient care, coordinating patient flow, and supporting safe staffing. You will mentor and coach nurses, promote evidence-based practices, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve clinical and operational issues. This position supports a patient-centered, mission-driven culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
