Job description
The City of San Diego is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Housing Policy section within the City Planning Department. This role oversees policies to accelerate housing production, address zoning inequities, and streamline approvals, including Housing Element and Regional Housing Needs Assessments.
You will manage 11 staff, reporting to the Deputy Director, with hybrid in-office/telework requirements and possible in-office time as needed.
