Job description
Bland Landscaping Company seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to build and lead a new HR function for a 1,200-employee, multi-state workforce across NC, SC, and FL. You will own policies, onboarding, and HRIS tooling, while shaping a practical operating model for corporate and field HR.
You will oversee employee relations, compliance with federal/state/local law, and the annual H-2B program, driving recruiting standards and data-driven workforce plans.
