Job description
PIMCO in Newport Beach is seeking an HR Business Partner Senior Associate to deliver responsive HR partnership across the employee lifecycle. This role requires organized, solutions‑oriented work and the ability to partner with senior HR leaders to ensure seamless support.
You will manage onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, and talent initiatives, while using data analytics to inform decisions and improve processes across the organization.
