Job description
Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with senior management on change management, organization effectiveness and culture transformation.
The role oversees HR functions, drives talent planning, employee relations, and performance management, and reports to the AVP of Human Resources. You will mentor staff, lead cross-hospital HR initiatives, and ensure fiscal accountability within budgets.
