Job description
UBC is seeking an Associate Director/Director, HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives across CRO Services and partner with Operations leadership to enhance engagement and performance.
You will build trusted relationships with leaders up to VP level, coach on employment issues, and lead talent management, onboarding, and calibration discussions to ensure a strong talent pipeline and compliant programs. Remote/hybrid flexibility included.
