Job description
The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support BPES and offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles. The role will be a hands‑on generalist, strategic partner, and trusted advisor across all levels of the business.
Key duties include recruitment, performance and talent management, onboarding, compensation coordination, employee relations, and culture initiatives. A strong collaboration with Global HRBP and COEs is essential.
