Gentherm, a global leader in thermal management and comfort technologies, is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner to act as strategic partner to assigned Corporate Functions and senior leaders at Corporate Headquarters in Detroit. You will drive talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR programs in a global matrixed environment.
