Job description
Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Richmond, VA. The role partners with site leadership to attract, develop and retain employees, and to foster a high-trust, safe work environment.
The Senior HRBP will lead staffing, performance management, and training initiatives, while ensuring strong two-way communication and employee relations across assigned client groups. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years HR experience are preferred.
