Micro Control Company in Arden Hills, MN is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to partner with business leaders and support all HR functions.
The role will oversee recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, engagement activities and policy administration, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. This is a 100% onsite position.
