You will partner with senior leadership to drive a high‑performance culture, organizational readiness, and talent strategies across ~700 employees, including 450 union associates and 250 salaried professionals. The role leads a three-person HR team, guides employee and labor relations, organizational design, succession planning, and compliance with US employment laws
