Job description
Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with locations in Atlanta and guide HR strategy across regions. You will coach managers, lead talent acquisition, and ensure compliant and effective HR processes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You will collaborate with Support Services HR and the Atlanta-based team to align workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, and change initiatives with business goals.
