Preferred Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based remotely but ideally within commuting distance to New Berlin, NY. The successful candidate will support and partner with leaders to enhance talent strategies, culture, and business outcomes.
The candidate should have 5-7 years of HR Business Partner experience and demonstrate strong HR knowledge and interpersonal skills. This position offers a competitive salary range of $92,500-$135,000 per year.
