Keenova is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as the primary HR partner for assigned client groups in Malvern, PA. The role includes implementing HR policies, driving programs, and supporting executives with people strategies to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
The HRBP will lead salary and talent reviews, workforce plans, and strategic hires, while collaborating with COEs to grow leadership capability and culture across the company.
