Job description
Heritage Communities, based in Omaha, NE, seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to bridge HR strategy with community operations and drive organizational success. You will partner with Regional Directors and Executives, guide employee relations, and lead talent development.
Responsibilities include HR policy guidance, trainings, and data-driven insights to improve efficiency while ensuring HIPAA and other regulations compliance in a multi-site healthcare/senior living environment.
