Job description
Olean General Hospital is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to align HR services with Kaleida strategic initiatives and organizational objectives. You will partner with management across service lines, delivering value-added HR programs while ensuring timely, accurate processes.
Requirements include a BA in HR/Business, a preferred MA in HR/Business, and at least 5 years of professional HR experience. The role is onsite with a standard 8a-5p schedule and bi-weekly pay.
