Job description
Brooks Safety Solutions (BSS) is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR partner to brand leaders and leadership teams.
You will translate business strategy into practical people solutions, help design two foundational programs (enterprise compensation architecture and formal performance management), and support ongoing HR initiatives across a fast-moving, growing organization.
