Job description
Universal Avionics is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive talent acquisition, coaching, and culture across our Duluth, GA site. You will partner with leaders, manage employee relations, and own HR fundamentals like benefits, payroll, and HRIS, while embracing AI and automation to improve processes.
You will influence workforce planning, succession, and retention, and collaborate with a small HR team in Tucson and Duluth. A bachelor’s degree and strong judgment are required.
