Job description
Chamberlain Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic partner for a major function, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies and leading a team of HR generalists. You will advise business leaders on workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and compliance while coaching leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities.
The role requires 8–10 years of HR experience, multi-site exposure, and a BA/BS in HRM or related field.
