Job description
Houston ISD in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Executive Director of HR Data and Compensation Systems to lead enterprise HR analytics, data infrastructure, and compensation strategy. The role reports to the CHRO and focuses on transforming data into actionable insights that improve talent management and district performance.
You will partner with IT, Finance, and Academic divisions to design scalable data ecosystems, automate workflows, and ensure evidence-based decisions across the district.
