Job description
McCormick & Company, a global leader in herbs, spices, seasonings and condiments, seeks a Senior Director, Human Relations. The role is based at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland, and is hybrid eligible with 50% onsite work each month.
The successful candidate will lead the HR strategy for their function, partner with senior leaders, and design programs to drive enterprise priorities, employee relations, talent acquisition, development, and organizational effectiveness.
