Job description
Enoch Pratt Free Library is hiring a Deputy Director of Human Resources to lead the HR team and drive operations at 400 Cathedral Street, Baltimore. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and shapes policies, programs, and services across employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and development.
The ideal candidate has extensive HR leadership experience, strong knowledge of labor relations and CBAs, and a track record of improving HR processes with data-driven insights.
