Job description
The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and operations in support of our workforce and mission. You will partner with senior leadership, oversee employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and development programs while ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.
