Job description
Energy Northwest in Richland, WA seeks an accomplished HR leader to guide a dynamic, collaborative HR team in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will shape people strategies, oversee labor/employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive leadership development, ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, EEO, and related laws, and use data analytics to support workforce planning and organizational readiness.
