Job description
AEG is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to provide strategic and operational leadership for HR across its sports properties, including LA Kings and Ontario Reign. This role advises leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, coaching, employee relations, talent strategy, and change initiatives.
The Sr Director leads the HR team, guiding process improvement, staffing, learning, compliance, and employee relations with a business-aligned approach across multiple properties.
