Job description
Hydro Extrusions USA, LLC is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to lead employee relations at the plant level, handling investigations and ensuring CBA compliance where applicable.
You will partner with leadership on staffing, onboarding, and performance processes, while driving training and policy adherence to promote a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in HR in manufacturing, strong knowledge of labor laws and CBAs, and experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
