Job description
Ryerson, a leading provider of industrial metal products and services in the United States, seeks a Senior HR Generalist to support 400+ employees in the South Region. This role reports to the HR Director and helps shape HR strategies and employee experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
You will handle employee relations, coaching leaders, and drive improvements in recruiting, onboarding, and training, while leveraging HRIS data to guide action.
