Senior HR Generalist
Kern County
Salary: $85,000-110,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Generalist:
Partner with management on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Administer HR programs, including benefits, training, and employee development.
• Investigate and resolve employee concerns, workplace issues, and policy violations.
• Maintain HR records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracy.
Qualifications for the Senior HR Generalist:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, and performance management.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
