Job description
Lenze Americas Corporation in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Human Resources Generalist to partner with managers and employees, delivering comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
You will manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS (Paylocity) data, and policy interpretation, while driving workforce planning and employee development in a hybrid work environment.
