Mercor is hiring senior HR professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and org design. You will craft scenarios, reference outputs, and rubrics aligned with senior HR leadership thinking for US and international tracks.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years as an HR leader, deep HR tooling and employment law knowledge, and a preferred SHRM-SCP/SPHR credential. This role targets large organizations and complex workforce programs.
