Job description
Sysco is seeking a senior HR leader to guide site leaders and associates on employment policy, dispute resolution, leave administration, harassment, and terminations. You will influence people strategies and ensure policy alignment.
The role requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business and at least 7 years of HR leadership in distribution/manufacturing, with certifications preferred; you will supervise HR staff, develop affirmative Action programs, and coordinate compliance and performance initiatives.
