Job description
Senior Manager, Human Resources at Fresenius Kabi USA provides generalist HR support for site staff, including policy development, employee relations, and compliance. Responsible for managing Performance Management, staffing planning, and organizational design with management. Works onsite in Lake Zurich 3 days/week; some remote work on other days.
Visa sponsorship is not available. Salary range $135,000-$150,000 with a target annual bonus of 14% of base salary.
