Job description
KBR is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager (Contingency) to lead HR operations for a large, dispersed workforce, including labor relations, workforce planning, and talent management. The role partners with senior leadership to implement programs driving engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness across multiple sites.
The position requires strong leadership, extensive HR experience, and the ability to travel as needed.
