Job description
Cascades in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function for the Eau Claire Mill and partner with plant leadership to align people strategies with business goals. This role guides labor relations in a unionized manufacturing setting and ensures engagement and workforce planning are integrated with operations.
