Job description
Victaulic is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead full HR operations for the Carol Stream site, with regular travel to two Florida locations. You will partner with site leadership to drive employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance across locations.
Qualified candidates have 7–10+ years of HR experience, deep employment law knowledge, and hands-on HRIS proficiency. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.
