Job description
Cesna-Recruitment seeks an HR Leader to oversee the site’s HR functions, driving learning, development, workforce planning, and strategic business planning. You will guide and coach a team of 15+ HR professionals to ensure excellence in GMP-regulated operations and high employee engagement.
